Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• A €1000 deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment of €1000 is due 4 weeks before the retreat start date
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel retreats with insufficient participants

3. Health and Fitness

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries
• We reserve the right to modify or restrict participation in activities based on health concerns
• Participants participate in activities at their own risk

4. Accommodation

• Room arrangements are subject to availability
• Private rooms must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges
• Room changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Program Changes

• The program is subject to change due to weather or other circumstances
• No refunds will be given for unused services or activities

6. Insurance and Liability

• Participants must have valid travel insurance
• We are not liable for:
  • Personal injury during activities
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Visa issues

7. Participant Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary visas and travel documents
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Follow instructor guidance during activities

8. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards staff and other participants
• Compliance with local laws and customs
• No illegal substances
• Right to terminate participation without refund for misconduct

9. Marketing

• We may take photographs during retreats for marketing purposes
• Participants may opt-out of being photographed

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law.
